TEEN PROGRAMS

Are you looking for an opportunity for your teen to get involved? The Bryan Family YMCA is proud to announce our new Y Leaders Club for teens ages 12-18. The Y Leaders Club is a volunteer based program for teens who want to make a difference in the Greensboro community through volunteering, service projects, and fellowship. Throughout the school year we will take several field trips to places such as (but not limited to) the Greensboro Animal Shelter, Greensboro Urban Ministry, and Elsewhere Artist Collaborative to volunteer our services to the community. Y Leaders Club also has an optional "College Track" for Grades 10-12 that includes college visits, SAT prep, FAFSA assistance, and seminars for parents.

Y Leaders Club meets every 3rd Tuesday of each month beginning in October at 6:15 p.m. at the Bryan Family YMCA.

Cost:
Y members $60.00
Non-members $72.00

The mission of the YMCA of Greensboro is to put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. The YMCA's goal is to include everyone, regardless of ability to pay full price. Financial assistance in the form of scholarships is made possible through the “Open Doors” program, funded by the Y’s annual giving campaign.
