ABRAKADOODLE AT
THE BRYAN FAMILY YMCA!

Abrakadoodle, in collaboration with Crayola, offers art education classes with a proprietary curriculum that exceeds the Nation Standards for the Visual Arts. In their multicultural classes, children learn about contemporary and master artists and artistic techniques from around the world. Each class results in a unique finished product ready to be taken home. Parents are welcome to participate with their child if they would like to in our Mini Doodler class. For our Twoosy class, a parent/caregiver needs to attend with his/her child.

Abrakadoodle Class Schedules:
Tuesday  3:45 - 4:30 PM Doodlers (6 - 12 years of age)

  4:45 - 5:20 PM Twoosy* (20 months - 3 years)

Friday      9 - 9:35 AM Twoosy* (20 months - 3 years)

                3:45 - 4:30 PM Mini Doodlers (3 - 5 years)

Saturday 1:15 - 2 PM Doodlers (6 - 12 years)

                2:15 - 3 PM Twoosy* & Mini Doodlers (20 months - 5 years)

2009 SUMMER CAMP

Registration for our 2009 Summer Day Camp begins on Monday, March 2nd! Please click HERE for more information and a printable registration form!

The Bryan YMCA Summer Day Camp program will run for a full 10 weeks this summer, from June 15th through August 21st. Summer Camp is open to children ages 5 though 12, with all 5 year-olds being rising 1st graders.

Each week of camp with have a unique theme that will encourage learning, character building, and special group activities. Other activities will include: Swimming, Arts and Crafts, Field Trips, and more! For more information, please call the BRYAN YMCA at 478-9622 or come in and pick up a registration booklet. Space is limited, so please call or stop by today!

PLAYZONE

The Bryan Family YMCA offers our Playzone for children ages 3 months to 8 years old. YMCA members' children may be checked into the Playzone center for a maximum of two hours per visit. Parents must remain in the facility. At this time, there is no additional fee for this service.

Playzone Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 8:45 am - 1:15 pm
Monday through Thursday 4:15 pm - 8:00 pm
Friday 4:15 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 Noon

Please Note: During peak hours, the Playzone may fill up.
